Small RV Travel Trailers With Baths

RV Bath

Balancing small and lightweight in a travel trailer without sacrificing comfortable can be challenging. If a bathroom is one of your comfort points you are in luck as there are a few small lightweight trailers on the market that offer bathrooms and are still budget-friendly. To be clear, a bathroom includes a toilet, a sink, and a shower. In a small trailer that often means all those features are in a compact package known as a wet bath where the entire floor is waterproof with a drain. It is a very efficient use of space but everything gets wet when the shower is in use.

In contrast, a dry bath is a toilet, a sink, and a tub/shower in their own designated area. When a separate toilet/shower is on the trailer feature list, it usually refers to the trailer having a dry bath.

The following trailers have dry weights around 3,000 pounds or less, which makes them towable by most 1/2 ton trucks and some SUVs. MSRPs are less than $30,000.00 which means most of them can be purchased for around $20,000. Plus they have bathrooms, kitchens, and sleeping areas making them very comfortable for long weekends.

These popular travel trailers utilize different means of optimizing the available space.  Whether you are a fan of murphy-beds, slide-outs, or minimalism, one of these can upgrade your camping experience.
